Classic Chemex

I love the Chemex, it was my first venture into “good” coffee when I started to get interested in it.

It is a pour over brewer that uses a specific paper filter. As with most of my coffee gear, I like to have a functional piece that I can display on my counter. There are many other way to do pour over, like the Hario V60, but the Chemex is the one I’m most familiar with.
