Made In Stainless Clad Saucier

The saucier is probably my most used pan for everyday cooking. People will often have a sauce pan and a frying pan, but the saucier is a good choice everytime you need to mix food. The high sides make it easy to shake stuff around and the rounded bottom is great to avoid ingredients getting stuck and for cleaning. You can also pour in pasta or the rest of your ingredients to finish cooking your meal in one pot.

Stainless steel cookware is also a great choice once you learn to cook with it, you don’t have to worry about seasoning or damaging a coating, so this is my default choice for pots and pans.

Other brands probably make similar products, but I am quite happy with Made In.
